PalletFeed
PalletFeed is a standard solution for fully automatic picking of details directly from full or half pallets. The system is customized with our standard modules. The system handles spacers in the pallets and performs pallet measurements for new pallets. The robot is vision guided using either 2D or 3D systems for pure BIN picking. Finished details are patterned based on the set recipe.
The system is very compact and takes up little floors pace. The system is quickly installed at your place as it is delivered as tested modules, and after the installation is complete, the system requires minimal maintenance.
The system can be combined with a number of options, such as belt conveyors, measuring boxes, washing equipment, handling stations, labeling/marking systems, etc.
