MultiSorter
Multisorter is a standard solution for fully automatic feeding of unsorted details. The details are fed into systems where they are separated and fed forward to the robot that picks, using the vision system that is fully integrated in the control and guides the robot. Details with incorrect placement are fed back into the system through automatic refeed. The vision system can also monitor the quality of the details.
The system ensures that details do not overlap the feed to the robot. MulitSorter also has a built-in emptying function that ensures quick and easy emptying when changing products.
The entire system is built on a portable, stable steel frame where everything is integrated and mounted. This enables a fast and efficient installation and commissioning at the customer’s premises.
The system can be combined with a number of options, such as belt conveyors, measuring boxes, washing equipment, handling stations, labeling systems, etc.
